All products are checked, screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.

Request for cancellations of orders once placed on www.3abright.com shall not be entertained. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by www.3abright.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order. Normally an order once placed cannot be canceled by the buyer. However, in a rare case of we accepting the cancellation request from the customer, he/she will have to bear the money transaction charges like bank charges, Exchange rate fluctuation etc. If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein, he/she should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before using the service www.3abright.com shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from www.3abright.com. Our normal delivery schedule is specifically given with the product description.

However, www.3abright.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Slight color variation of outfits is possible. If a product offered by www.3abright.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy as the customer is to return the item in its unused condition

www.3abright.com will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the ones to �prove otherwise� shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

www.3abright.com shall not entertain any complaints after 24 hours, from order is delivered. All Bollywood products images are just for reference only, actual product color, fabrics and designs may vary from original picture.
